I ordered flowers, then they canceled within minutes but charged my cc. Says refund would come during 10 days. But payment still in pending |one day after| and I have to wait a money posting process then dispute charge with bank. Refund-- 10 days? Never heard like that in my entire life. It's scam as I find out.

Today, 1/9/2026, I contacted this "company" to order funeral flowers. I was lied to multiple times. First, I asked the girl (who spoke very poor English) if I was speaking to the florist in Atchison, Kansas. She said yes. Lie. They are based out of Las Vegas, NV. Then she ran my credit card and lied to me again saying it was declined. Not possible. I used a second card and she used the same lie stating my 2nd card was declined. Again, not possible. I hung up on her, tired of her lies and scamming. I called my credit card company. Neither of my cards were ever run, therefore, they were not "Declined". These people need to be out of business. They have other poor reviews.

Ordered flowers to be delivered, the order was accepted, then cancelled, assuring me that I would receive a refund w/in 7 business days. Long story short, after 15 days (& two phone calls) later, I had to get my credit card company involved before they refunded the money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! There are many negative reviews on their site. UPDATE: I did finally receive a refund, but only after over two weeks (taking into account business days + holidays) and after I got the credit card company involved. I chose this florist because a location search came up showing that they delivered to the addressed location. The letter/notification of cancellation didn't say why, just that it was & that I had been refunded. So, order from them at your own risk of possible frustration.

Please take another look at your statement for "Starluck Flowers" to see the credited funds! The reason for the cancellation was that our local florist partner was unfortunately unable to fulfill the "A Walk in the Sun" bouquet for your delivery date on November 26th. I have double-checked our system to ensure that every penny has been sent back to you.

Took money...did not deliver flowers that were promised. Caused much stress between my son and fiance since I made the order for him and it was their anniversary. I am trying to stop payment on this! I am so upset!! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

In July I ordered flowers. The order was cancelled the next day with a promise of an immediate refund . Finally in DECEMBER the refund was processed . Please pick you own flowers , draw a bouquet of flowers with broken crayons , text photos of flowers from a reputable florist …but do NOT order from this company !!

If I could give them a 0 I would. I ordered flowers from them on October 17th 2025. They cancelled my order without telling me and have yet to refund my money. Every time I get an email that says they are sorry, but still no refund. I'm glad I checked my email and ordered from a reputable florist. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Don't order flowers from them it's a scam they will wait for u to order flowers then cancel the order and steal money from your card Why isn't the authorities investigating this fraud @interpol
