Placed order for a funeral. Went to funeral my flowers weren't there. Called them they stated they couldn't get flowers there. I received no notification.

I should have read the reviews first. The same pattern I'm seeing with alot of reviews. Placed order, then it was canceled, saying there was an issue delivering in that area. Bunch of Horse---- You can tell it's Shady when you call their Supposedly Customer Service by the way their calls are handled. It's like they want your credit card info, once they have it, they cancel the order. 2 days went by. I had to call again. They refunded it immediately. However, I called my bank and spoke to them blocking any and all associations with this merchant. ALL BAD 👎 DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

This company needs to be taken down or closed down one !!! I called today and placed an order and my order was cancelled 20 minutes later saying I’ll receive my refund in 5-10 days no I need my money immediately I called and called no one picked up . It didn’t take 5-10 days to take my money off my card so I need my shit back immediately or it will be an issue ! How do you take people hard earned money and think it’s ok that’s not cool I know I better get my mf money back

I would pick zero stars if I could. Wish I would have read the reviews prior to ordering with this scam artist of a company. It says family owned, I would be embarrassed to have my name associated with this company. Same as so many other reviews states, placed an order, it was canceled a few hours later, promised a full refund and 3 weeks later I am still waiting and the company doesn’t follow up, you continuously have to reach out to them for broken promises and no help…

⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience with Star Luck Flower. They severely overcharge for their bouquets, and on top of that, they failed to deliver my order entirely. The website allowed me to place and pay for the order even though the delivery address was supposedly outside of their delivery area. At no point did Star Luck Flower contact me to inform me that the flowers would not be delivered. I only found out after having to follow up myself. When I called to ask about the issue, communication was extremely difficult due to the language barrier, and the staff was rude and unhelpful. There was no apology, no proactive solution, and no sense of accountability for their mistake. If a business cannot deliver to certain areas, their website should prevent orders from being placed—or at the very least, they should notify the customer immediately. I would not recommend this florist based on my experience.

Scammers. Why is this company still allowed to operate? Odered flowers website says its local. Paid for the order and within 6 hours they sent a canceled email. Everthing and anything advertised is total B.S. read all there reviews.

ordered flowers as soon as payment went through within minutes the ordered was cancelled an said refund would be issued with 5 to 10 business days that was on the 22nd of Dec still nothing

Ordered flowers to be delivered. Money was taken out of my bank account no flowers was delivered. Finally was told after many attempts to call that order was cancelled. I contacted my bank and they listed as scam as the withdrawal was pending. They cancelled payment to them and shut down my card. Thankfully my money was returned. Lesson learned always read reviews before purchasing online. Stay away from this company. They will scam you.
