Horrible company. They take your money and within 1 hrs tell you your order was canceled and a refund will be issued. Yet the refund never comes. I had to dispute it with my bank. They keep saying next day, next day. Do not order from them, its a scam.

Scammed my grandmother out of $60. This is a well-known scam setup. Do not give them your money, you’ll never get it back and you will not get your flowers.

They simply don't send the flowers. You get your refund perhaps in 2 weeks and I don't know how they use that money. Almost like a scam website. Never order flowers from this website!

Dear Artun, We would like to address your review regarding the cancellation of your Teleflora's Orchid Artistry order. This order had to be canceled because it could not be completed within the required same-day delivery window due to local florist routing schedules and cutoff limits. Our protocol when same-day fulfillment is unavailable is to issue an immediate cancellation and refund. Our priority in doing so is to ensure you are not left waiting, giving you the immediate flexibility to seek alternative options with another florist so your plans are not disrupted. Since the transaction was fully processed and released on our side immediately following the cancellation, any further delay rests entirely with individual banking institution procedures. Best regards,

Terrible. They canceled both transactions and never return my money back. I called 3 times and they promised each time that I would get my money back since they couldn’t deliver to the address. Thank god for my CC company. They Took care of it. Don’t order from them

Dear Joseph, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. When an order is canceled within our system, the refund is automatically initiated on our end immediately. However, to ensure there are no technical delays or banking holds interfering with your transaction, we have manually pushed the refund through our system once again just to be absolutely certain. Depending on your banking institution's specific policies, it may take a few business days for the credit to reflect on your statement. We recommend contacting your bank directly if you do not see the funds shortly. Regards,
Tawny B.
Back in March my loved one's mother passed away and I tried to order flowers for them. The order went through and was almost immediately canceled saying they couldnt provide the service and I'd get a refund. Weeks later I never got the refund so I emailed the company - they replied quickly and told me they're sorry and I should get a refund soon. This happened several times and now its months later and still no refund. Looking online now I can see many other complaints from people in similar situations and I honestly think its a scam at this point. Had to file a dispute with my bank to get any money back. DO NOT recommend this company at all.

Dear Tawny, We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention regarding your order for the Sapphire Bliss Bouquet. This cancellation occurred because the local flower shop in charge of fulfillment did not have the signature blue delphiniums in stock, which are the most crucial and defining components of this bouquet's design. To maintain quality and design integrity, we choose to cancel orders rather than deliver a substituted arrangement that falls short of expectations. In order to minimize any inconvenience, our protocol in these scenarios is to issue an immediate cancellation and refund from our platform. We execute this promptly so you are not left waiting and can immediately coordinate with another florist to fulfill your needs. Since the transaction was successfully processed and released on our end back in March, any prolonged delays are a result of standard banking procedures. Best regards,
Andy P.
Cancelled my order. Yet to receive my refund. I have reported this purchase to my credit card.
