This company should have negative stars!!! I’m out of state and ordered for my mom for Mother’s Day the day comes and goes no delivery.. I called and they said it was cancelled because the delivery partners were unable to deliver that area… I got NO communication.. they took my money and still a month later NO REFUND. They however did send me a confirmation of refund of someone else’s order. SMH DO NOT USE THEM! I don’t even know how they even have 2.4 stars!! Smh SCAM!

A SCAM!! Wish I saw these reviews before trying them... just like other reviews. They took my information and charged my card and immediately sent a cancellation email stating that the florist couldn't deliver my order and I will receive a refund in 5-10 business days. Reporting immediately

They are a scam company DO not order. I ordered flowers from them and they canceled the order, but kept my money, then acted like they couldn't find my order. Then promised to refund me my money and never did. Had to fight with bank for refund.

Customer service sucks. I called Starluck flowers on Thursday, June 4, 2026 to find out what happened to my refund. The first person who answered the phone abruptly placed the call on hold. The second person who answered told me my refund would be deposited in my account at the end of the week. I confirmed the end of the week being Friday, June 5, 2026. The customer service rep. confirmed. I called back on Friday, June 5, 2026 letting them know that I had not received my refund. I also tried to express my concerns and let them know that it is not fair for them to take my money just as fast as they are not trying to put it back. I also let them know that I would be calling back everyday until I get my refund. The rep was rude and kept trying to cut me off and kept asking if there is anything else. I told him yes for them to refund my money. He acted like he didn't care.

Zero stars. They are absolutely a scam. I placed an order and within hours received an email that said the florist could not complete the order and I would be issued a refund. A week later the funds came out of my account so I called them. They said a refund had been processed and to give it a few days. It is now 2 months later and no refund. I called them again and without me giving any information they were miraculously able to see my order and supposedly refunded he money. He didn't even let me finish my sentence before "transferring me to customer service". Two seconds later someone else gets on the line to still insist that the refund was back in my account. I have filed a dispute with my bank at this point.

Placed two separate orders for delivery for Mother's Day three days prior to Mother's Day. They charged my credit card then emailed me back the next day to tell me that they could not make the delivery and that I would be refunded within three days. Three weeks later and three phone calls later of them telling me I will be refunded within the next three business days, I still have not received my refund. Stay away from Starluck flowers.

Immediately after placing my order, it was cancelled with a follow-up email (within a minute of the cancellation) from Customer Service Manager Robertha Kiley, saying that a refund was initiated and I should see it within 5-10 business days. Now a month later, 3 emails and 2 phone calls, still no refund. BE WARE, this is a scam and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!

Still waiting for refund from May 12, 2026. Do not use this florist! Its a scam.
