I am in Utah not in Colorado. I didn’t want all this tech crap. I am a senior that just wanted something simple not all the high tech. Put them ln my ears and take them out nothing else. I want to hear without bs. I wanted a reasonable inexpensive price and I wasted $3700. How much more would you like me to say GIVE MY MONEY BACK and I will give you your overpriced hearing crap back

Sound isclear and adjustable. The new transducer does not feel like it is firmly set in ear. I like that I dont have to maintain Them as I used to.

I was told when I ordered my aids that the link between the ear bud and the battery case would be longer since my glasses and the short connector irritated my skin. Especially when I need Ed to wear a mask. When I received them John said NO WAY. And cut me off when I returned for my next visit. July 9 & 23.

I have a very hard time seating the hearing aids in the charger. They do not fit

Loved the ones I tried out originally. The ones sold to me had nothing but problems. After 5 repairs in the first 5 months and complaining about it I was given a new pair and was told they were the newest AI version of the ones I had. They perform badly. Noise reduction is terrible as I find myself having to quickly remove them time and time again due to the added decibel level at certain frequencies.Also, wind reduction is nonexistent. Overall I am very unhappy after all the problems and spending $4500.00. I feel like I have been swindled. Makes me very unhappy and disappointed. Quite discontent.

Hearing Great Great Service Happy with Hearing Aids

I like the hearing aids and the sound quality is great. The app could use some tweaking - when I do the hearing self-check it’s hard to determine what the issue is if I don’t get all green, but I’m meeting with the audiologist in a few weeks and I’m sure she can tell me. The charging system is a little tricky but I think I have it down now.
