I have a particularly challenging hearing problem, caused by non-treatable damage to my inner ear and just aging. This makes listening to music and understanding speech, especially in noisy environments difficult. However, my Starkey Hearing Aids and accessories (Bluetooth with my iPhone and TV) given me the best opportunity to engage socially with family and friends.

i still have one hearing aide that has loud feedback in my ear. i don't like that these hearing aides can't "turn off". they are incredibly expensive for the same basic hearing aide I bought 10 years ago. the technology hasn't increased as much as the price in my opinion.

My Starkey hearing aids have worked great and made hearing comfortable. The customer service has been wonderful! Only one complaint; Bluetooth doesn't stay connected on Android phones very well. I have 3 yr old Samsung phone. When connected to bluetooth phone conversations or podcasts are a huge help.

Hearing aid keeps dropping from Bluetooth on my android phone

My custom fitted hearing aids are comfortable to wear from dawn to dusk. My word understanding and ability to hear correctly has jumped to an acceptable level, thanks to these new hearing aid. Using my cell phone to adjust my hearing is so easy.

Professionalism they gave me

I was having g a little trouble with one of my aids staying in my ear. Camilo fitted me with a different rubber insert that fits better and doesn’t come out! Now it stays in all day!
