My experience at SoundPoint Green Valley, AZ was first class. From scheduling my hearing test to purchasing my hearing aids, the staff kept me in the loop and delivered great service, expertise and products. I haven’t heard the birds chirping for years! What a gift.

Using your App on my cellphone is easy to use to check on my hearing aids performance levels.

I love the hearing aids, but don't think I was given enough time with the technician. Very rushed for something so complicated. All about how I'm going to owe this much more if I need help -- basically a warning not to come back with problems. But love the hearing aids.

You're product is a little expensive but I was able to purchase. They are working great so for. I've been using since July 2025 and never looked back. It's great to hear my love ones again and understand there every word.

Like my Starkey hearing aids! The new ones are not affected by sweat or damp hair! Every so often the sound seems to cut out but comes back - annoying

DOSENT WORK HALF THE TIME,CANT USE IT IN A RESTUANT BECAUSE YOU CANT FILTER THE NOISES...HALF STAR.
