Flimsy sound tubes will not support aids. Also ,shape of the aids does not fit the back of my ears as well as my old Starkeys. Feed back is very annoying when i get close to someone or something.

The equipment isn’t very efficient

I dealt with the Starkey hearing aid dealer in soldotna Alaska. They were very helpful and nice during my first visit however after I had made the purchase they were rude and inconsiderate of me. Lilly at the Kenai has been very helpful and caring and considerate. I have recommended her to my friends and I will continue to do so.

I love my new hearing aids. The ability to control and customize my usage via the app makes it so much easier for me to hear in different situations. I also love that I can stream music and watch videos on my phone without interfering with others around me. These are the best aids I have ever used! If I could give you 10 stars I would. Also, my representative Doug Suarez went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect this time.

Prompted service at the appointed time. I am having some difficulty in selecting my optional hearing mode of Crowd, Personal, and Outdoors. May need to get a call and update use.
