All this hearing aide does is make me hear things that like me hear muair conditioner or when I walk my feet shuffle or my door shut and many things I dont care to hear. No difference in people talking to me which is the reason I got them. It does feel like I am loosing my hearing more.

I love my hearing aids! They have improved my quality of life so much! The entire experience from start to finish has been pretty much seamless. They work really well. They're small and discreet. They hold a charge all day. I just charge them before bed, overnight and they're ready to go the next morning.

Still have trouble understanding. Very frustrating. Most sound adjustments don’t help.

Everyone is very professional and they provide terrific information on " how to" with hands on guidance. All the staff were helpful and continue to follow up.

The first two weeks were terrible and gave me migraines. Since then the tech has been tweaking them each visit. I've been wearing them now for ten weeks and they are still not set up correctly. I normally take one out mid-day out of frustration. This is my fifth pair of hearing aids (first with this brand) and I've never had this much of a problem. I'm pretty sure the culprit is the domes. Each visit a new style of dome is put on, which is working for one ear. So I just have to be patient a little longer.

Every one I've dealt with has been kind, knowledgeable, concerned for me and my hearing and professional.
