They work pretty well as hearing aids…
They work pretty well as hearing aids but disappointing bluetooth operation, rendering them almost useless due to poor connection.

Attentive Personnel
Personnel are not rushed and are attentive to requests for deep understanding of the technology and the progress being made to adjust hearing aids to suit my preferences.

They work
They work! I can hear so much better! I’m still adjusting to the physical part of having them in my ears and behind my ears. They slip out a bit often. Then, between glasses, the occasional mask wearing and tucking hair behind my ears…it’s a lot. However, it’s all definitely worth it. If I had known I may have picked the devices that sit inside the ear instead of the one with the “box” in back.

The hearing center
Honest and professional if there’s a problem, it always gets resolved. They work really well with customers so far I’m completely satisfied with their professional knowledge.
