I would recommend Starkey to anyone. The customer service from Dr. Zimmerman and her staff in Augusta, Maine has been terrific. The app on my iPhone, however, is horrible. This was an attractive feature when I bought the hearing aids but does not "recognize" my hearing aids more than once or twice a month. Very disappointing.

My Starkey Muse hearing aids are an improvement over my previous aids, primarily owing to now having sound level adjustment as well as the choice of programs to fit the hearing environment. My hearing remains compromised in certain situations, restaurants, for example, and have given up attending functions in large auditoriums as the echo in that environment negates adequate hearing.

My hearing devices are wonderful. I wear them from the early morning until I go to bed at night. I also notice a huge difference in my balance should I decide not to wear them for a day. I was unable to not hear so much. I cannot tell you how happy I am with mine. I recommend them.
