I placed an order for their 16ft "UltraBright LEDs" on April 21st, today is June 3rd and I have not received my item. Let me tell you, their customer service is terrible! I was no longer interested in waiting for the item so I requested a refund on May 25th, I got a bland and robotic response the next morning declining my refund request. The email contained a tracking number, yet I never received confirmation that my order shipped. I was not happy with this response so I requested another refund the same day, May 26th. I got another email on the 27th declining my refund request AGAIN, along with another "tracking number". I paid with Paypal so I was able to finally get a refund after filing a report. They also do not make it clear that they ship directly from China. Most people are not wanting to order items from China right now due to the Covid-19 situation, they should make it clear that they are shipping from China at this time. Please do not order from this company, they are terrible.

The stardustleds.com website is a total scam. I've ordered $80 worth of led strips on April 11th, 2020. Today is June 3rd and I have received nothing. They gave me a fake tracking number. BEWARE OF THIS WEBSITE.

Do not buy from stardustleds.com. They are total rip off. Order product back in March 2020. Never received the product. Ask for refund or replacement shipment and I was told "I’m sorry, but we do not cancel orders once they have been fulfilled and are in the shipping process." with no assistance to fix the order. No tracking detail information or followup from shipper. So don't by from stardustleds.com unless you want to loose your money

absolute garbage, dont ever buy from them, i ordered mine 2 months ago and contacted them only to find out they dont have a shipping tracker or anything. Contacted them again for a refund but have not even got a reply :( i saved up for these and i am gutted

DO NOT ORDER!! Placed an order in April and have yet to receive it. Never received a tracking number until I asked, and it gave NO useful info. Customer service is useless. IT’S A SCAM!

Ordered in April - it was a 7-30 business days for delivery. Didn’t receive them until the 25th day and when I wrote to them, they just turned around and said the shipment was never sent. No apology no nothing! Disgraceful! I asked if they will provide any compensation, was declined too! They have my money so it’s either a refund or replacement, God knows when that will arrive! DONOT order from them, it’s a home run business as sure with the orders and logistics going over their head!

I found the website SUPER easy to use, I am now waiting on my order, I ordered about 8 days ago so it can come anytime between now and June 16th. Hopefully before then, because I am going camping and do not want it stolen. ( Edit: It has been almost a month and I have not received my order... no updates on when it is coming and I went on a small vacation to a campground and it still hasn't come... I am still waiting and I am getting quite frustrated.) ( Edit: Yeah, so...I still have not gotten and email or text from them and the package has not come either. It is now June 26th and I am getting really impatient and angry.)(Edit: It is now 8/30/2020. This is horrific. I have NOT gotten a refund. i spent about 25 dollars for NO RECEIPT, NO EMAIL, AND NO LIGHTS. I am EXTREMELY disappointed and NO ONE should ever buy from this excuse of a company. They are not reputable and I want my lights or a refund.)

never got my leds for super long! ordered them in about march and still haven't gotten them. probably never will. it is a scam and i should have known it was too good to be true.
