Never received my item and company doesn’t respond to emails!

They are a terrible company. For one they are dropshippers. And two they took 3 MONTHS to arrive. They also cost $60 which is an absolute scam for light strips. Ordered them in April of 2020, got them in July of 2020. They also say their made and shipped from the U.S, but they’re not. They came straight from china. Overall, awful experience and you should never buy from them just go to Amazon to get a better deal.

Zero stars. This site is a scam. I ordered lights for my daughter back in January, still not received them and no reply to my numerous email. DON’T BUY FROM THIS SITE

I ordered from them last September and they never shipped them. Their website does not contain contact information and they have changed their email address and do not respond. And yet they still send me spam emails advertising their vaporware. If I knew where they were based I'd file a complaint with their local states AG. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs.

Horrible! Haven't gotten my stardust leds that I ordered in SEPTEMBER 2020!!! No refunds, No contact, No tracking! Nothing! Not buying again!

Update: Took 3 Months to arrive... Taken over 1 month for receive my LED's... I contacted them twice and all they say is "There's a delay, Covid is playing affect" Ridiculous... I've ordered now 5 different things from 5 different companies, all arrived in 2-5 days... Don't order from these scammers, Don't waste your money either..

Stardust LED is a terrible company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I ordered a package that was supposed to be delivered Nov 2019 (yes you read correctly). It was apparently delivered to our shores, but I never received it (think COVID played a role). Eventually it was returned to Stardust LED and they CONFIRMED RECEIPT with a promise of a refund - this was around Nov 2020. No refund followed. After MULTIPLE emails sent they stated early this year (2020) that due to the long delay (their problem) they cannot refund me but they will send a replacement. Although I don't want the stuff anymore I agreed because then at least I would be able to get my money's worth. They subsequently issued a return(against null value) but IMMEDIATELY CANCELLED THE ORDER, stating that they don't deliver to my country anymore! Since then I have been mailing them constantly to get feedback, but NO REPLY! So in essence they stole my money. What is my recourse?

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Trust all of the other negative reviews. I ordered lights from them and never received the lights. The only contact is via email and they will not answer the emails. I received one response and all they gave me was tracking information that was incorrect. I never heard from them again after repeated emails and requests for my money back. If you read their return policy as well it is a scam. Please do not order from them.
