the light strips don't stay up. they fell down once and the pins bent. will never buy again DON'T BUY

I ordered my led lights on April and it's ALMOST JULY! I always reach out to them telling them that my order isn't getting any new notifications but all they send me is my tracking number I already have. I was supposed to get them in 14 days but it's been more than 14 days and I'm not the only one that has experienced this problem. I know that coronavirus has gotten in the way but people have ordered the leds before coronavirus got really bad. I hope you read this and don't make the same mistake I did.

I ordered some lights over 2 months ago and yesterday i received an email asking if i have received the lights i said no and it went on to ask me for my credit card number once again if you are thinking in purchasing from this site please dont its a waste of money honestly just get them from amazon its better

Don’t buy from them. They take your money and you never hear from them again. bought lights for my grand daughters birthday took every penny I had from my grocery money. Now no present no lights. Going to my bank to see what I can do

I would not give them a star if I had a choice. We placed an order on May 25th. I sent an email asking where my order was June 21st. They apologized that I hadn't gotten my order yet and said they would resend it but could take 12-27 additional days. Seriously?? No thank you. Issued a refund instead since they couldn't get it to me any faster. Ordered some on Amazon June 22 (yesterday) and guess what they are out for delivery right now!!! Never again would I buy from this company!!

I ordered lights on April 15th. It is now June 22nd. I have emailed multiple times. I have received one response back saying they will review and haven’t heard anything since. Asked for a refund (spent 50 bucks) no answer back. Do not buy from them. They were suppose to be my daughters birthday present.

Made a purchase of $50 the second week of April 2020, it is now June 22nd 2020 and I haven't received a tracking number or the order. This place is a complete scam. No number to call on website. No information on where the company is or address can be found online.

My son ordered some LED's from this company over a month ago and we were also given a bogus tracking number so we pretty much figured that we were scammed. Until they arrived in the mail yesterday! My son was so happy that he finally received his lights he had been waiting over a month for! And just after ONE DAY of having them, THEY STOPPED WORKING!! This company SUCKS!! I don't even know if we are even going to pursue getting trying to get some replacement LED's from this company because I think any effort in doing so will be waisted effort!
