Wow, this product is terrible. Absolutely terrible. I was so excited when I received $50 for my birthday, it meant I could buy some LED’s for my room. I had seen some adds on YouTube about Stardust so I went onto the website. We measured out my room and then bought a ten metre strip. The website said that my led’s will arrive in a week! Then three months later and I was certain that my money was gone. I tried emailing them but I got no response. But if I knew what would happen next, I would have been glad NOT to receive the lights. A while later a small packet arrived on my doorstep. I plugged up my lights to make sure that they were working and went onto the Stardust website where I found out that turning on the lights in the roll was a MAJOR fire hazard. Just great. There weren’t any sort of warnings in the packet. The remote didn’t come with batteries which really sucked. The cord that connected to the LED’s was TINY!!! AND the double sided tape on the back of the lights didn’t work so that was useless. After we got them up and the remote had batteries I wasn’t really happy, but I wasn’t really upset. Then, 2 days later, the plug broke which meant that my LED’s had nothing powering them. When we shook the socket, we could hear stuff flinging around inside. Luckily my family had a spare plug that was about the same size, otherwise we would have had to waste even MORE money on a new adapter. Well I thought it wouldn’t get any worse BUT IT DID!!!! The remote then changed and now when I click the RED button the lights change to BLUE. When I clicked BLUE the lights change to GREEN and so on. Well that really bugged me. THIS PRODUCT IS A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY! IT SEEMS LIKE A SCAM!!!! I am only young, (about to go into high school,) so I don’t want be rude but I am very upset. To the person reading this review, if your thinking of buying this product, I recommend finding a different brand on Amazon.

I was super excited to use these lights. They came quickly but they were super poor quality. While we were putting them up, they ripped at a connector and about 3/4 of the lights didn't work. We had to use electrical tape and rewire the entire led strand for them to even work. After all of that, the lights were still out of sinc and half of the remote buttons did not work. I am super disappointed and upset. Be careful what you buy.

Buyer beware! Shoddy connectors and very poor customer service. Will require you to make a video for them before they give you a return label. Do not waste your money because you will have problems with the product.

This is a terible product.. the addhisive is not sticky and the lights are poor quality... they die within a day...i would review this 0 stars but sadly i cant

I saw this website on a few you tubers that I watched and it gave me a discount, I paid 60 BUCKS FOR LEDS THAT HAVE NOT COME IN 4 MONTHS OR SO. I am more mad at the you tubers for sponsoring this scam site, I am 13 now, and at that age I can be influenced by people I look up to, let’s just say I don’t watch those you tubers anymore. I should have known better not to go and buy when it never asked for my address.

I bought them a while back and they never sent me a confirmation email so i dm'ed them on insta gram and they sent me one,I also shared some of my concern towards the quality of the lights but they reassured me by saying the lights were of good quality and there are only a few bad cases so I wait about 1 month and when they come the box is completely sqauashed and the led lights had wires sticking out everywhere and the actual roll of lights had been bent and ripped the buttons on the remotes were not corresponding to the lights.Overall I think that it is indeed a scam and you should buy your led lights on amazon or else where because it is not safe

I can't speak on their product because I never received it after waiting for almost two months. When I asked for a refund they made a whole problem with it and didn't want to refund me my money because of some weird reasons, reasons that weren't inside there own refund policy. It was a really bad experience with them. Eventually, I did get my money back after being in contact with but it was not willingly from there part. The reason for this is that I needed to put a claim in with PayPal to get my money back. when I did this the money was refunded real quick. What am trying to say is this if you decided to purchase these lights for whatever reason please don't, just go ahead and look up some different led strips, you'll probably be way better off by doing that. And if you decide to purchase them from this website please do so with Paypal so when there is a problem with the product and they don't want to refund your money you can involve a company that will scare them and they will listen to.

The lights suck and don’t light up. I paid $50 for lights and extended warranty and they can’t even reply back to me for a refund because the lights don’t work when I received it! Also it took almost half the year for me to receive the lights. I ordered in March and didn’t get them until end of June. Very upset they won’t return my money or even reply to my email or haven’t even sent me my warranty slip!!!! Lights are crap! If you want great LED lights get them off of Amazon!
