Stardust LED is a terrible company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I ordered a package that was supposed to be delivered Nov 2019 (yes you read correctly). It was apparently delivered to our shores, but I never received it (think COVID played a role). Eventually it was returned to Stardust LED and they CONFIRMED RECEIPT with a promise of a refund - this was around Nov 2020. No refund followed. After MULTIPLE emails sent they stated early this year (2020) that due to the long delay (their problem) they cannot refund me but they will send a replacement. Although I don't want the stuff anymore I agreed because then at least I would be able to get my money's worth. They subsequently issued a return(against null value) but IMMEDIATELY CANCELLED THE ORDER, stating that they don't deliver to my country anymore! Since then I have been mailing them constantly to get feedback, but NO REPLY! So in essence they stole my money. What is my recourse?

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Trust all of the other negative reviews. I ordered lights from them and never received the lights. The only contact is via email and they will not answer the emails. I received one response and all they gave me was tracking information that was incorrect. I never heard from them again after repeated emails and requests for my money back. If you read their return policy as well it is a scam. Please do not order from them.

I received them fast, like in no time at all. When I got them they came in almost a blank box, I was a bit confused, I opened it up and it was what I ordered. It comes with a wheel of the leds, a remote with a lot of mode and even a diy feature which you can make your own colors, clear strips of tape, the white adapter, and a plug. Beware there is a little tiny piece in the box, sometimes connected to one end of the leds, it popped off and I was confused on how to plug it in but then I found it which was great. I would wash the area before you put up the lights because sometimes it wont stick. Besides all of that they are super bright and im very happy with the outcome. Another downside thought is the actual plug is very small so if you want to hang it on your wall you will probably need an extension cord. All of the slow order reviews were from months ago and I guess it was just slow at them time so I wouldn't let that bother you. Also these are not a scam its a trust brand, they probably bought the fake ones (yes I have seen them) that claim to be stardust leds.

This company is absolute garbage. All of the reviews during the summer were "They arrived today and they work so well." I bought mine in April and I still haven't gotten them. I've emailed them multiple times that I want a refund and no reply. This entire website is a scam and I wish I could get my $50 back. I worked my butt off for this mowing people's lawns since I am only 12. PLEASE DON'T BUY!

I ordered the 50ft of lights on September 15th. After placing my order I read these reviews and was very concerned that I had just made a poor decision. Fast forward 5 days later. Lights arrived (Wow! That was fast!) I installed them immediately in my sons room for his birthday surprise. They were easy to install and the lights are so bright! I didn’t realize how many different functions they came with and was pleasantly surprised. One of our rolls (the 50ft came in three rolls that connect together) had a tear in it, which caused half of the lights to only work on blue. I contacted the company about this issue. They responded IMMEDIATELY, and agreed to replace the one defective roll. That was also received within 5 days. I see mostly horrible reviews here. No idea what happened to all these other folks, but I would buy these again and again and have referred friends to do the same. Excellent product, easy install, and the company stands behind their product. THANK YOU STARDUST LEDS!! You made my son one happy little boy :)

I was totally scammed signing up for this service. I have no idea what they offer since I didn't use it. I just know if you are so desperate for clients you have to hi-jack them into signing up, you are not legit in any way!

(BEWARE A SCAM!!!) i ordered it bc i like it and all the tik tokers are using it i ored almost a year ago its still has not came please do not buy this scam!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM STARDUST LEDS!!!!! If I could give them a zero star review I would. I ordered $50 worth of lights on August 19th. I never received a confirmation email (even after contacting them twice within two weeks of ordering). The phone number attached to the charge on my bank statement is a number that is not in use. THIS IS A SCAM!!! I plan to get my money back, but after reading other reviews, I am worried I might not be able to. If anyone knows of a phone number for this company or a way to notify authorities about this company, please advise.
