Techs arrived looked at tile I needed cleaned and told me Stanley treatments do not remove soap scum or mildew and Stanley does not do bathroom shower tile. Then they said trip charge would be charged so they asked if I would like to have the bathroom floor tile treated. Stanley treatment was worse than if I had used a wet swifter. They left tracks in the house where they had brought in their hoses and equipment. This is not the Stanley Steemer Company we had used in the past.

Save your money. We bought a new home. Before the movers arrived, we scheduled SS to come in to clean the grout. The quote I was given on the phone was $451. When they got there days later, I was told there were "more rooms" than the quote had. The house is an open floor plan. Three bedrooms, two baths and the rest is pretty much one large room. Guy said it would be more money. "Fine", I said, "do what you have to". As they were bringing in their equipment, I had to leave to go to the water company to activate our new account. I left my wife with them. An hour and a half or so later, I returned home as they were packing up. $660. I asked "Did you get the grout cleaned?" Guy responds "I think it brightened up a bit". I walked into the house. Water everywhere, puddles of it. Now, when you clean tile/grout with some kind of machine, unless you suck up ALL the dirty water, guess what? It simply deposits the dirt back into the grout as it dries. My wife told me that the guy tried to sell her some "magical" rugs that collect the sand from your shoes and hold it, just $39.95. She passed on the "deal". Now, our appointment was late in the day, near four pm. Maybe their truck mounted wet vac was full up, I don't know, but we wasted nearly $700. Never, EVER use this crap company. If they can't vacuum the dirty water off of a tile floor, they're certainly not going to vacuum it out of carpeting!

This company doesn’t care about what actually happens at all they’re about making the money on the fast I paid them $1400 to paint clean my carpets they wouldn’t move a single piece of furniture in the carpets were not any more clean than they were when they came here they were here for 20 minutes Don’t waste your money. It’s a scam.

I made an on-line request to have my tile floors cleaned and sealed and the first representative came out and had to requote my services, which ended up more than doubling my cost. He suggested that I rebook on-line again so that I could take advantage of on-line discounts. I followed his instructions and rebooked. Another tech came about today and it's like I had to start all over with him. An even though I selected a seal in the on-line process, they didn't have the product that was needed so they couldn't perform the work. And with the new clear coat seal, it then increased the cost to nearly $300 more. So after having two false starts, my floors are still dirty and I have not rebooked with Stanley. I would recommend not using the on-line tool because it seems to be a bait and switch, although I completed the second request as advised by the first technician.

I spoke to a customer service person (Amy) regarding the cost to have a large room steam cleaned and deodorized in the SE FL area. She could not answer a basic question and was very rude and disrespectful. This company needs to have customer friendly people answering the phones who can represent the company in a positive light. I will NEVER contact this company again!

Stanley Steamer did my 12 basement stairs on Tuesday morning. Now that they have dried, the stains are back. I have pictures. I have had SS do my stairs in the past (once) and it was with better results. Kevin did a great job as a saleman, but I would need a guarantee that the results will be better than I am seeing now before I would use SS again.

I was appalled and shocked that thry would have someone in a management position such as Jonathan(Mount Dora florida) he did such an atrocious job to my mom's home he did not vacuum around the beds there was a large stain on the carpet never even vacuumed it it was in a corner The other two bedrooms he left wet I had to go ascertain a wet vac and vacuum the place myself even when the other people came to re-clean the carpets they told me it was not done properly and they were shocked how much dirt was still there. I'm absolutely appalled that you would have him as a manager and I hope you never sent him to our house again. He takes advantage of the elderly. Dr Persaud
