Great quality product, fast shipping, not sure on pricing yet but seems like a resent.

The punches was excellent I just wish they had it when you try to custom your own stand up pouches that it would be a little cheaper because I'm a small business just starting. The quality of the product is great and they look good but I want to start making my own bags but it is a little to expensive.

Our projects are always well taken care of. We have successful turnarounds for the most part. Follow-ups via e-mail and phone are always met with answers and helpful information. I am never made to feel bad about asking questions and going over procedures and timelines from project to project. Tammie Ollie & her team are very friendly and professional. It's a true pleasure working with ABC! I would say that it would be helpful for my project organization if POs were separated out in e-mail threads. With such a large team there can be hiccups in the correspondence here and there. Also, my projects tend to get invoiced to my co-workers and we spend time forwarding mystery invoices to each other. We are a unique team where projects do not always overlap from designer to designer. So that is an area that could use attention for future orders. All in all I am a happy customer and will without a doubt return to Tam (and Danielle, Janelle, Valda, Melissa, Michele and Sarah - girl power!) for all our printed bags for the NaturVet redesign.

My samples came promptly and the team at StandUpPouches.net were quick to answer my questions. Overall a good experience and I will be returning to StandUpPouches.net should my business require further packaging solutions.

The only reason we didn't rate 5 stars is that we haven't used them with our heat seal machine yet, but the experience of ordering, quick shipping, and quality of the bag are all great!

I picked these bags because they were the least expensive. I was a little disappointed in the quality- they hold creases and get holes from sharp dried foods much more easily than Mylar of the same thickness but for the price they are reasonably good quality. You can expect higher quality to come with a higher price. In the end I was generally satisfied with them.
