What started as a confusing and frustrating process turned out to be an amazing gift for my sister. I order an embosser from this company. There was little communication with delivery and miscommunication when it came to who was delivering the item, however, now that I have it, it is beautiful Would recommend but please be patient, as it is shipped overseas and the communication can be a little unclear
