The embosser does not work. I have sent 5 emails, no response after initial reply. Would not recommend. A waste of metal, money and time. I note you have not replied to my comment, but have replied to others who have posted positive reviews. Like other customers, I have supplied a video showing how it does not actually emboss/leave a mark. Like other customers, the emails stopped being responded to. Running out of options, with no phone number to use, and no response from emails, I wrote a letter and posted the embosser to the address it was sent from: Sebastien, Sofa Guard, 4PX ExpressUK Go, Unit 5, Trident Way, Southall, UB2 5LF. I have just had it returned by Royal Mail as 'addressee has gone away'. Trust pilot appears to be my only form of communication remaining.

Ordering was easy and was shipped faster than I expected with a custom item. Once received the item was exactly what I wanted. The quality is good. There are a few scratches on the insert portion maybe from how it was made. It functions well and is easy to use. Overall happy with purchase.
