The embosser is excellent quality and was everything I hoped it would be!

The product is beautiful and I was kept up to date with delivery notifications.

Order never arrived, no response from customer service, had to request a refund through PayPal.

Took too long

Its for my girlfriends birthday....I haven't given it to her yet but looks awesome. Thank you

We bought the stamp’s for a gift to a dear friend of us. They are totally flabbergasted, they never owed something like that ! It was really a kind of a gift ! Thanks so much !!!

This was a gift. The person liked it; was not ecstatic about it.

No where does it tell you that it is coming from China. So the shipping wait was very misleading, frankly just a lie. Took about 20 days to reach Louisiana. When it did come in, one of the embosser plates was simi hanging on to the bracket. It was off center and not aligned. For the embosser to function properly, the two male and female plates must be aligned perfectly. So, now I'm going to have to take the plate off, remove the old glue, realign the plates, glue and clamp it. I'm sure it will work after that, but the qaqc took a hit on this one.
