We let you know that we do not work in platinum and were unable to guarantee that turnaround time depending on the final design. Hi Sara! Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re truly sorry to hear about the issues you’ve described, as this is not the experience we want any of our customers to have. I'm so sorry to hear about the missing accent stone! Had we been made aware of this, we would have absolutely welcomed the opportunity to inspect the ring and address this issue. Regarding the center stone, we offered to reset the stone, and unfortunately never heard back. We always stand behind our work and encourage customers to contact us as soon as any concerns arise so we can help! Regarding your husband’s ring, black zirconium is very durable, but like all metals, it can show signs of wear over time depending on daily use and lifestyle. We are always happy to discuss care expectations and polishing options when possible. We truly appreciate your kind words about our designs and are sorry your experience did not meet expectations.
