Poor quality
My husband got my engagement ring from here, I sent it in to be resized and they sent it back and one of the small side diamonds was missing. Then after about 2 years of owning it the center stone fell out of it. My husbands ring from them is also already very scratched up after a year of him wearing it. Their designs are beautiful but their quality unfortunately hasn’t been great. I’ve decided to go to outside companies to fix future issues with both rings

I'm so sorry to hear about the missing accent stone! Had we been made aware of this, we would have absolutely welcomed the opportunity to inspect the ring and address this issue. Regarding the center stone, we offered to reset the stone, and unfortunately never heard back. Regarding your husband’s ring, black zirconium is very durable, but like all metals, it can show signs of wear over time depending on daily use and lifestyle.
