Numerous issues - avoid. Ordered an engagement ring and the design process took forever (think 2 weeks between each basic email from them). Finally the ring came and we were happy with it. However, about 1 month in one of the diamonds fell out. We sent it back to them (at our expense) and they replaced it. 6 months later, another diamond has fallen out. Took it to a reputable jewellers this time to be replaced. Upon analysis, they found that the diamond that had been replaced by Staghead was replaced with a cheaper lab grown alternative - and they hadn't told us this. So 2 diamonds fell out, 1 replaced with a fake without our knowledge, and a horrible design process. The jewellers also told us that the design is susceptible to the diamonds continuing to fall out, something else they hadn't told us. Go to a reputable jewellers, these guys aren't worth it.

The product quality has been very good and their communication has been great and responsive to changes we requested. They worked with us to make sure the rings arrived before the wedding and we really love them. Thank you!

Ordered a custom ring and it was perfect- Super well made, good fit, appropriately priced. My only complaint, and this a minor thing, during the process the original gemstone had to be recut which made the process take longer and I had to send an email to find out about the delay. I would’ve liked to have received an update when this happened so I wasn’t left wondering why it was taking longer than I expected, but despite this I still give the overall experience 5 stars as they genuinely helped make the the ring feel magical and unique.

I heard of Staghead Designs from my best friend and his wife who ordered a very unique set of rings. After looking into it and finding a pair for myself and fiance, I was a bit worried about shipping to the UK, but they were a pleasure to order from. Amazing customer service with fast replies. My (now) wife and I have the black zirconium with turquoise matching bands that we absolutely love. The quality is superb and the silicone rings are very comfy for day to day. Would order again.
