Not to be trusted!
Just a warning to anyone who may be interested in buying anything from ST2 Systems - don't - they are a con. I bought their automated turn system but found that the unit is not compatible with our motorbike so I tried to return it. They ignored several emails but I did eventually get an address from them - in Slovenia - and returned the package as requested (costing me over £16.00. I chased them 3 or 4 times for progress - with no response. 2 months later the package was returned to me marked 'refused delivery'. Since then they have, again, not responded to any communication sent to them. As this was now over 90 days after the purchase I am now unable to raise a claim with Paypal either. I am appalled by their customer service. They claim to have a 100 day returns policy but do not apparently keep this promise. I would never purchase from them again - and would warn others against doing so.

ST2 Motor Cycle Turn Signal Cancelling Device
I have found this indicator self cancelling device to be pretty much 100% effective. The only time it fails to cancel a turn signal is when I make a very gradual lane change on a motorway. If I make a more distinct change from one lane to another it works fine but for a gradual lane change where you gradually slip from one lane to another, the device doesn't, unsurprisingly, recognise it as a turn because you're not actually making a turn.
I think the ST2 turn signal indicator is an excellent device. It is a bit of a fiddle to mount it and I'm not keen on jamming bits of foam into the indicator switch to, in effect, convert it into a momentary switch. I've mounted the device horizontally and as close to the centre of the bike as I could - I made a little bracket for it which is not recommended but if it is securely bolted to the bikes frame it works perfectly.
Because I like to try and improve things, I replaced my indicator switch with a momentary toggle switch but, unless you're really keen, I wouldn't suggest you do this. However this modification works extremely well and is easier to use than the original indicator switch.
I've been using this device for well over a year and ridden a lot in city and on the highways and back roads without it faulting.

Beware of ST2 Systems
Beware of ST2 Systems: A Cautionary Tale
If you're considering doing business with ST2 Systems, think again. My experience with this company has been nothing short of infuriating, and I feel compelled to warn others about their shocking level of incompetence, lack of professionalism, and outright disregard for customer satisfaction.
It all started with a simple purchase that was advertised with a discount. However, I was overcharged due to unclear pricing in foreign currency—a deceptive practice that the company brushed off as my oversight. Despite numerous emails to resolve the issue, I was met with delays, excuses, and a lack of accountability.
When I finally received the product, it wasn't what I wanted. After weeks of back-and-forth emails with their so-called "support team," I was advised to return the item for a refund. I followed their instructions to the letter, only for the returned product to be rejected by their own address and sent back to me. The cherry on top? I received no reply to my follow-up emails asking for an explanation or resolution.
This company thrives on misleading communication, endless excuses, and zero follow-through. Their representatives, David Rand and Philippe Duvón, epitomize unprofessionalism—ignoring emails, offering vague responses, and failing to deliver on their promises. Their assurances are empty words, and their customer service is non-existent.
This was the last email received by ST2 on 13 Dec 2023.
"Greetings,
this email is sent to confirm that we have received your email. Due to increased order and inquiry volumes, processing and response times are a bit longer than usual. We're working hard to process all orders as quickly as possible and to respond to all inquiries as fast as we can, but we may need your support, too: Please do not repeat your inquiry unnecessarily if you're still waiting for a reply. This will reduce work load and help keep response times as short as possible. All inquiries will be processed in the order we've received them. Thanks in advance for your support, your kind understanding and your patience.
ST2 Systems Support Team"
Months after I initiated this transaction, I am still out of pocket with no resolution in sight. The level of disrespect shown by ST2 Systems is astonishing. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid this company at all costs.

Poor customer service!
I had the turn system installed by the Royal Enfield dealer, and it only works intermittently, about 60% of turns, when it does work it is perfect. Contacted the ST2 company and was given a response with a code that I was in a waiting line, now two weeks later no response despite 2 additional requests to reply. Not good service. I was convinced to buy this by all the good reviews about the turn system. I got a different company bake module due to ST2's poor views.

ST2 are a scam outfit
ST2 are a scam outfit, as confirmed by their rating on here, which is quite difficult to achieve.
The brake module I ordered does not work, so I contacted their support by email. They said to return it to their address in Slovakia, and they’d refund. I did that at my cost (even though for sales into the UK the law states they must pay for returns), and about a month later the package came back to me unopened and marked “refused”. Since then they have ignored all emails. The phone number in the USA answers, but is silent.
Stay well away from these crooks.

I will join long line of those unhappy…
I will join long line of those unhappy with this company. I ordered the the compatibility checker a Turn signal canceler. It simply doesn't work. some reserch shows there is a model suitible for my 2015 Ducati and all other bikes that use canbus (electronic switching).I have no replies so far from their service dept.
I believe this is a scam selling old stock. I read somewhere that the original company had folded. I got sucked into the brake thing that everyone is compaining about also. Not even going to try it.
