No contact when emailing

Bought two headset units, the lesson learnt was cheap is not good First died on the first ride, will not charge Second unit battery life is poor, no adaptive volume control. No response from company. Would warn readers to stay away

Went to their web page for a product and used the functionality for knowing if the product fits my bike. Of course they cannot just show it on their page. They need my email. Got the email saying the product was compatible. After a few days, I got an email reminding me to purchase the product. I answered that I don't appreciate spam. Got an auto message with a ticket number saying that they will answer my mail quickly. Got a new mail, with just spam again. Answered that they obviously didn't read my mail. Got a new ticket with a promise that they will come back. Got more spam, but no answer. I cannot imagine how their customer support is if you actually need them. This is a very unserious company. Avoid at all costs.

If I could rate them 0, I would. Doesn’t answer email. US phone number isn’t answered… ever. Warranty can’t be claimed if you can’t contact them. Item DOA. Enough said.

Purchased Brake Module online from company with Delaware address, but only on paper. They're actually in Slovenia. Email 3/31/25 (5 days after sale) said part shipped, but, "Please note: Most of our orders get delivered within 10 days of receiving this email - it may take a bit longer (especially if you're from Canada or Australia)." 74 days later, still no part. ST2 apparently has no direct phone #; contact through their online support link in early May 2025 got auto response which said they were having some computer issues they discovered "in June"(2024?), but they'd get back ASAP. 6/12/25 auto message said issue was discovered "June 2". Multiple requests for order fulfillment and, finally, just cancellation and refund have gone unanswered. For the first time in my 70 years, I had to turn to my credit card company to dispute the charge! If I could give zero stars, I would!

Ich habe vor dem Kauf die Eignung meines Motorrads angefragt und man versicherte mir, dass es passt. Ich habe dann die Elektropläne des Motorrads mit der Einbauanleitung verglichen und hier stimmt nichts, da ich kein Blink Relais habe sondern ein Steuergerät, dass das den Blinkimpuls liefert. Zudem ist das Umbauen den Blinkschalters sehr kompliziert, zum Glück hatte ich Kontakt zu jemandem aus einem Motorradforum, der es schon ausgetüftelt hatte, damit hat es dann geklappt. Man muss aber gute Handwerkliche Fähigkeiten besitzen und viel Spaß am Basteln haben. Nachdem ich eine Möglichkeit der Verkabelung gefunden habe, funktioniert es nun und das perfekt. Es arbeitet absolut zuverlässig aber der Einbau war eine Katastrophe und der Support besteht de fakto nicht. 5 Sterne für die Funktion, 0 Sterne für den Support.

Take the money but never receive the goods, sounds like it’s crap anyway, put it down to experience, should have known better.

What can I say about ST2 safety systems apart from this company are a total scam they are charlatans and thieves, avoid at all coats.
