I purchased the St2 indicator package during installation I encountered a problem with the indicators not flashing when the ignition was switched on.As per installation instructions. I checked my wiring against the instructions. It was correct. I emailed St2 support they replied asking me to check the wiring it was correct. I then took photos of my connections and sent it back explaining the unit wasn't working correctly. Again they replied for me to check wiring. This time I had the wiring checked by a friend who is a qualified electrician he confirmed it was and the unit must be faulty. I relayed this information to St2 support. It was acknowledged and a replacement unit was sent. As soon as it was connected to the bike it worked perfectly. I particularly like the self canceling function which cancels the indication as soon as the turn is completed. This was the main reason for purchasing my cb 750 doesn't have self canceling and it worried me that I occasionally forgot to cancel my indication .That's a thing of the past. Thanks to St2 support.

I must say I'm very impressed with the company's customer service and I give 5 stars for that. Mainly, about how Philippe Duvón - ST2 Support, handled it. I don't know if Philippe is an employee, partner or founder of the company. But, you guys have a gem in your support team. I purchased the ST2 brake module back in May, which seemed to be faulty. Philippe promptly replied to all my emails, understood what the issue was and was very efficient in sending a replacement TWICE, since the issue persisted with the first replacement sent. It seems the Version 2 is not as stable as the Version 1 of the module. The V1 (second replacement) has been working perfectly, since I installed it last month. I'm very happy with it. It is reassuring to buy from a company with a great aftersales team/procedure. The 4 star review is mainly because the V2 of the module doesn't seem to be fit for purpose, based on the two units I've received, which in fact I would give no stars at all. But, I've got a functional unit in the end. I hope that anyone experiencing any genuine manufacturing issues with the module receives the same top customer service that I did. Well done ST2. C. Turn system - great, works even better than expected, 5 stars Brake module - first installation i had the brake light continously turning on. Contacted support and they gave me some tips - a bit of fine tuning and a foam pad under the device made it work great. It would be nice if this was tuned in the factory so i give it 4 stars. It does now what it should, and especially at the price they offer it i can recommend it. If it was more expensive I would not buy it. Overall 4 stars

Turn System is a great add, solid 5 stars. Brake module works great on my CBR 600 but does not work very reliably on my GS1200, they refunded me for the one on the GS. My friend also has one on his Z1000 and it works great, I've been riding behind him to help him test. Overall very good, but customer service is a bit slow to respond.

Tijdens de aankoop van het product verliep alles vlot. Ik had problemen met de braking module en na contact met de klantenservice werd er meteen een oplossing gezocht. Deze oplossing bleek niet te voldoen en ik stuurde het product terug. Ik heb een redelijke tijd op mijn geld moeten wachten en heb dan ook uitleg gevraagd. Bleek dat de klantenservice niet van binnen het bedrijf gecontroleerden werd. Hierdoor ontstonden veel fouten. Het bedrijf doet er alles aan om vanaf januari de interne regeling te herzien. Ik geloof oprecht dat het bedrijf de juiste intenties heeft maar dat het door bepaalde omstandigheden wat mis is gelopen.

Turn signal module works just like it says it should. Can't see the average joe installing it though. Tricky install, but works great when it's finished. The only issue I have is the self-cancel delay for lane changes is too long. Half the time-delay would be better, but that's a minor issue. Otherwise I'd give it five stars. Ordered one turn signal module and one brake light module and received 2 turn signal modules and no brake module. Sold the second one to my buddy for half price so we both got it for 50% off and he's loving his too. Judging by the reviews I don't think I'll be getting the brake module but the signal one works great.

TURN SYSTEM: Fitted to my Interceptor 650: Not difficult to fit, even with my limited knowledge of vehicle electrics. I can't speak yet for lane changes yet but the cancellation after turns is spot on. This will definitely save accidents.

Managed to install the brake and turn system i got over the summer. Brake: easy install, does what i expected it to do Turn: install a bit more involved, needed around 2 hours. Works much, much better than I expected (and much better than any stock version of self cancelling systems). Overall the products are 5 stars, but i give you a rating of 4 stars - delivery could be faster. With faster delivery it is 5 stars.
