SSD NodesReviews of ssdnodes.com

Be sure to check the creation date(s) for positive reviews of SSD Nodes, noting the fact many were created within a day or two of one another. This service is oversold, underperforming, and poorly supported. Please listen to the negative reviews and take your money elsewhere!!

Good server specs, especially if you pay anually, although the servers have very frequent (recently nearly every day) unexpected restarts. This goes against their 100% uptime SLA. Take this into account if you're hosting production websites. For development this might just be an annoyance.

I am a user of SSDNodes for more than 1 year and have seen everything what they do(fraud only). Don't sign up for SSD Nodes VPS after checking their xx-year anniversary offers or any offer. You will end up giving all your money to cheaters and fraudsters. Servers are poor and not their own. You will receive a poor server with heavy users which give a downtime of hrs each day costing you huge money and time. Support is nil. They trap you to pay the full amount with these deals and discounts. No refund nothing. You will end up having nothing but worth a $1 penny server. Go with Upcloud, Digitalocean or Linode, Vultr. or use Online.net They are far better with a small configuration.

WORST WORST WORST Stay FAR FAR FAR away from THIS very BAD experience i had with them. no proper response. The server shut down for 10 times in just one week and I lost my major clients because of this guys. Please I BEG you all not to purchase any thing from SSD. SSD FAKE SSD FAKE SSD FAKE

Stay away from this guys. The price is attractive But the service is not user friendly especially you are not a server expert. in third day of trail I received a compliant said I abuse the vm which maybe compromised. I am a newbie The only think I installed is ispconfig panel which I have to reinstall and configure again ( because I don't capable to figure out what is going on and they don't have any backup or snapshot function). Moreover my concern is if I do some production deployment in their vm I screwed due to they lack of backup functionality and support. I was decide cancel the service and move to digital ocean but the ugly is “14-day money-back guarantee” is a slogan not a commitment for this company. They through you 10 page TOS said your are not qualify for refund from a Technical Support Representative. They trapping me when I don't even know what happen. I did search some bad review online and I guest there is one more victim here. Make sure you are server expert before go into it( but I guest you still difficult to avoid "abuse" from their TOS) or stay away from them.

VPS down for more than an hour and no response from support!

I got a Standard - X-Large+ KVM VPS from them for which i paid 3 years in advance. In the initial moneyback period they looked fantastic, but soon after the lockin period of 14 days, they throttled down VPS 10 just 10%. Now i have removed all sites and installed a fresh wordpress install and even that is extremely slow. Did a Bench test and found the I/O speed Average of 20MB/s which shocking as at the initial buy date it was more than 350MB/s Clearly, they lure you and as soon as the locking period of 14 days end they throtle you down. Even support is non responsive and does not reply for hours/days. Extremely bad experience. DO NOT BUY

A few days after we deployed a 10X KVM server the server shutdown itself. We wrote to their customer support and server hours later we got this answer: > This is not a network problem. Your server is offline because the VM disk seems to be corrupted. I am trying to fix that now. > If you do not have any important data on the server, the best option is to recreate the VM. Happily, we didn't have production data, but there's no way I'll deploy anything serious in any of SSDNodes servers. Our servers were down twice in 10 days for HOURS. Now they refuse to refund but almost doubled our initial deposit in credit.
