Hello Jonathan, First of all we deeply regret any inconvenience or frustration you may have encountered during your experience with us. Your comments are valuable to us, and we are committed to do our best to serve you better. It's important to note that our Terms of Service agreement enters into effect immediately upon customer’s agreeing and activating the purchased service(s). After purchasing a server, a 14-day money back guarantee is available so the customer can test our infrastructure. If not satisfied, a full refund is given upon his request. As for the customers that are outside this window, SSD Nodes Credits can be given for such cases, which have no expiry date. While we acknowledge that billing and refund processes can be intricate, SSD Nodes, like any reputable service, typically operates within the terms and conditions agreed upon during sign-up. We recognize that our explanation won’t rectify this situation, but it’s really important to us to state all the facts, and we want to assure you that we take your concerns seriously. While we cannot alter the past, we would like to ascertain our will and never-ending efforts to improve our services and make them up to your expectations. We hope to have the chance to regain your trust in the future. Warm Regards.

Hello Mr Seenu, We want to thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback and we are deeply sorry that you faced a bad experience. Any assessment, comment or remark is deeply appreciated as it helps us improve our customer satisfaction and avoid such issues in the future. We understand your point of view. The ‘add-on’ for the ipv4 is listed in the checkout out process, since it has become very rare globally. We will reconsider how will it be shown on the website so no other customer will feel the same. Again we want to apologize for this inconvenience and for breaking the trust you had in us we hope to be able to regain it in the future. Best Regards
