Slow slow slow turn around time with no updates on the process. It’s been three weeks since the date I ordered and still no sign on the slime. Holding out hopes it still arrives but with the look of these reviews it won’t be worth the wait. Terribly disappointing when the little one comes home from school every day and I have to tell her it STILL hasn’t arrived. I appreciate it may be a small ran business (I myself run a business) but have some communication with your customers or pop a hold on orders while you catch up.

Very disappointed with the slime received. The activator was not included so the slime is not usable. I have tried emailing with no response received. I wished I'd seen the reviews below as I would never have let my daughter spend her pocket money on this slime.

Ordered a mystery box on 14/05/23, they stated standard delivery of 3-5 working days. Emailed on 27/05/23 asking where my order was, no response. Received an email 03/06/23 stating that my package had been dispatched, no tracking. Now it's 07/06/23 and I have had no further info. I am in the same country so it really shouldn't take this long. Now to see if it actually turns up.

My 10 year old son saved his pocket money to buy slime from here. Never turned up!! That over 2 weeks ago, it said 2 to 4 days delivery. So upsetting that they are stealing money from children, keep your children away from this website

It took a little while for them to respond back to me cancelling my order, however when they did reply they were very sweet and nice about it. I believe that there should be slightly more awareness of any emails - especially checking junk mail but other than that, the seller is really nice

I ordered 2 items which took nearly 2 weeks to arrive, to then finally receive it and only have 1 in the box. I have tried 3 times to contact them and I have had no response at all. My advice to anybody would be to not purchase from them. Very disappointing!!

When it eventually arrived, the slime was sticky beyond recovery. Two small bottles of borax were provided, but nowhere near enough to salvage the slime - all 3 tubs were essentially liquid glue. What was left of the slime was drenched in scent, to the point where it’s so concentrated that it takes an immense amount of work to remove from anything the slime has made contact with. One of the three slimes was a DIY clay slime, but unfortunately the clay was dry and hard, and couldn’t be mixed with the remnants of its base. Would definitely not recommend, especially not with the long turnaround time to purchase.

Great company! Delivery was very quick and when the slime arrived it came in a box packed very neatly with a handwritten letter! Peach iced tea was a bit sticky but nothing a drop of activator can’t fix. I absolutely loved the clay peace that you mix in and made the slime very fun to play with! Boba one was amazing as well! The sent was really nice and I felt like I could play with it for hours! One thing I was disappointed about was that it didn’t come with activator but my friends have some so it doesn’t make to much of a difference!Smell is amazing and smells excellent !Loved this shop and would definitely order again!!!! UPDATE: it is no longer sticky after playing with it for a bit. After shipping it will tend to be a big sticky but play with it for a bit and it’s as good as new!
