The slimes do come! I ordered my slimes on the 18th of April, and I have just received them today (31st may). They will take a long time to arrive, but do arrive in the end. I messaged the owner on the 18th of may and she responded same day ensuring it would be sent off asap. When I emailed again about tracking I didn’t receive a response so I understand why people may be concerned when ordering given the long wait periods but it will arrive in the end! You just have to be patient. The slimes are lovely and I’m really happy with them! The only problem is the super long wait periods, but I understand it can be hard running a business.

I ordered in February around valentines day and my package came about 2 months later in April. The slime is amazing and smells divine! We did contact the owner between those 2 months for updates and the day after we had a response which was very apologetic. Came with free activator, sweets and stickers. I love the slime but I don't think I'll be ordering again as the wait time is just too long.

The quality of the slime is amazing, it’s the best slime I’ve ever had by far. The only problem was there was no emails about the package being sent so I didn’t think it had even be sent yet and didn’t know it’s arrive by Christmas. However it did arrive by Christmas Eve and is my favourite Xmas present :D

I recently placed an order with them and was very happy with the product when it arrived. It took quite a while for the order to ship and I had to contact the seller. Once I explained it was a birthday present, the order was shipped the next day and arrived in time. The communication was speedy and professional. I only gave 4 star because I don't know how long I would have been waiting if not for having to contact the seller and complain in the first place!

This slime company has its ups and its down. The delivery took 3 months and 14 days despite living relatively near the company. No communication throughout this time except one email saying the slime was on the way. At this point I was beginning to lose hope that the slime would arrive. However, one day my slime arrived. The package included the slime I ordered, two stickers, three sweets, activator and a slime care guide. The slime was amazing! I highly recommend cloud crème slimes to any future buyers. The slime care guide was extremely informative and the activator will be useful in the future. A note to anyone awaiting their slime to arrive: it does come! The company is a family run business with high processing times so of course the order will take its time. The slime was definitely worth the wait - would give five stars but minus one for delivery.

Well I saw some other reviews after buying this product and it wasn't positive. My slime was Hawaiian punch and arrived on time though it took a while. I will say the slime was a bit discoloured but otherwise fine. This is just my experience and I don't know what your customer service was like.

The delivery was slow unfortunately so please bear that in mind when ordering. It took roughly 3/4 weeks to receive my order, however when I emailed I did receive a fast response that my order was being dealt with. Both slimes I received have been amazing, the scents are so nice! Please make sure you use the activator to start with! I have never used slime before and at first they are very sticky and made such a mess, but that is down to me not knowing. I would 100% order from here again, just needs to be a bit faster on delivery to keep customers happy :)

I really liked this slime. Lots of reviews were saying how the slimes took months to come, but to me, my slime came in at least a week and a half. To add to this review, this slime came with 5 sweeties, an activator pen and some stickers. This slime did need a drop or two of activator, but not much. Overall this slime was totally worth the money and the wait. I totally recommend this shop (if you’re willing to wait a bit).
