I ordered slime here a couple years ago and had to come back. I was suprised to see the reviews so low! I ordered 3 slimes before and they all lasted me months and were great quality!

Honestly fantastic they've turned it around well with the new management. was worried but the slimes are the best we've ever had and delivery was fast and tracked, and I received helpful customer service we were pleasantly surprised after being skeptical. new management have done well to fix delivery delays and happy to say i will be returning as a loyal customer for Christmas. do recommend giving them a try now

I wanted to leave a review as I ordered without seeing the trustpilot reviews. I absolutely love these slimes, the packaging is beautiful, they smell amazing and the texture is spot on. I would definitely order again, very happy with my purchase. Thank you ☺️

Order was shipped very quickly but royal mail lost the package. After 1 email they sent me a replacement free of charge. quality was amazing, my girlfriend was very happy with it

I ordered from the website on 25th November, without having seen the reviews here. After a week without an update, I looked online and saw all the reviews here and panicked. I contacted the company, who replied within hours to say my order was in production. My order arrived this morning and is really lovely. The slimes look and smell great, and the cute added extras in the box and the way the order is packed will make for a nice unboxing experience for my daughter. The website does advise that production and delivery can take some time, so please bear this in mind and order in plenty of time. I’d be confident to order from here again.

Best slime ever so five stars! Ordered a bunch in February during the sale and arrived last week so definitely a while to arrive but I am so happy with my order and would say it's worth the wait. The scents are the best I've had and the cloud cream textures are so soft and fun to play with so I will say it's very worth it. I was initially anxious about my order arriving in time before my move but I found them very helpful and kind. I will try the other textures they have and leave another review in future with my thoughts.

My daughters love these slimes and happy I found this shop. Great customer service and got to know the lovely young lady who owns the shop and works hard with learning disabilities. There’s a lovely story behind them and I’m happy to support but definitely can’t please everyone. People need to be more patient these days, don’t order if you’re not willing to wait because it’s not next day but overall great service and slimes are the best.

Worth the wait!! Took some time to arrive but kids haven’t stopped playing with them since they’ve arrived days ago. Proper good artisan stuff too not shop bought quality. The house smells like yummy desserts and the stuff is great so happy mum and happy kids, worth the wait!! We will be ordering more for sure xxx
