I ordered on 12th of March, taking advantage of a very generous sale. Website states a 1-9 day preparation time before shipment. It has been 26 days since I ordered and today (7th April) I received a shipment notice. However, there is no tracking information. I'm skeptical since many people are saying they were notified of shipment but still didn't receive it. I reached out to Alyson on 27th of March and heard back 2 days later. She was very apologetic and told me she would ship in the next couple of days with priority postage to make up for it. I will try to come back to update if I receive my package.

Only provide email customer service which they don't respond to. Ordered 9th December and arrived 24th December but I had no idea if it would arrive in time for a Christmas present and so was preparing to buy a replacement present. All unnecessary stress which wasn't a great customer experience.

Slime was nice a bit sticky we had to wait over two weeks for it to arrive but it did come with a gift box so it was okay

*EDIT 2 - The slimes have miraculously arrived , and they are fantastic quality , smell beautiful and there are a couple cute extras , however , I will not be ordering from them again . Communication is extremely poor and delays are excessive *Edit 1 * - I recieved a dispatched email on the 1st of April , it is the 12th today , and STILL no order has arrived .When i click on the link , it says my order has been reiceved , but not that it has been dispatched. Original Complaint : I just want to start by saying,I value small family owned businesses, as an owner of one myself , i would rather buy from a small business than a corporation. But lets put things into perspective. If you are battling to meet a deadline, communication is a simple solution. Pop an email to your customers and advise of the delay. People are spending their hard earned money with you ,and in this case, my 12 year olds money, the least you OWE them, is communication. Put your products on pre order , so you can complete the orders for the money you have already taken, without disappointing anyone .Amend your production time on your website. Transparency is key , and it will earn you a lot more respect and understanding .
