I don't know how they get the info that they do but it's really helpful. It does take some time to master so be prepared to explore the training, which is extensive. Very comprehensive system when you do understand how to use it.

My biggest/only gripe is that the automated reports are a little messy in format and their visual style is quite dated compared to the UI of the site, but that is not primarily what I use this service for. Overall this is my SEO/PPC tool of choice, and I've been through many in my 5+ years of work in the field including Moz, SEMRush, CognitiveSEO, and Raventools, to name a few. All of these have their own strengths, but for my needs of actionable and on demand research SpyFu is by far the best.
