Stay away from these guys. They promise quality cameras but instead this is a piece of crap. You can not see anything. Also, when you download their app in order to "watch" your home, they are full of ads from 3rd party companies. What in the world? STAY AWAY!!!!!!

THIS COMPANY, "SPY FOCUS" IS A PREDATOR COMPANY. WE BOUGHT THEIR CAMERAS AND FOUND OUT AFTER PURCHASE THAT THERE WAS A $40 PER MONTH CHARGE TO SEE THE VIDEOS THEY TAKE. WE MAILED BACK THE CAMERAS AT OUR OWN EXPENSE AND AFTER NEARLY 3 MONTHS THEY STILL HAVENT GIVEN US OUR MONEY. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE BASED IN LITHUANIA AND WILL NOT TREAT YOU FAIRLY. IM SURPRISED THEYRE ALLOWED TO DO BUSINESS IN AMERICA WHEN THEY STEAL PEOPLES MONEY THE WAY THEY STOLE OURS. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Its a good thing that I went through pay pal and my credit card company because This company charged me for 3 UNAUTHORIZED purchases!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! AND I NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT!! ALSO when I emailed back the email bounced back saying it could not answer me. FRAUD AND SCAMMERS!!

This is a total scam. I ordered 4 cameras and they added an extended warranty at the checkout without my agreeing to it. The camera quality is atrocious. Unfortunately I didn't do my due diligence and check it out first as I thought it was an Australian company, Cameras are cheap and nasty and don't hold a charge. I wouldn't even rate this a one, but unfortunately I have to. Buyer beware!!!

I ordered the 3 pack special, then decided to add 2 more on. I had buyers remorse about 10 minutes later and decided to cancel. Email to get the cancelation and was told it couldn't be canceled since it was already being packed to ship. I waited until I received the cameras and the next day, sent the back via Fedex. They received them on10/18/24. I never got a refund back, they said they still hadn't received them. Today,10/28/24 I asked again if they had received them and I was told no they hadn't received them. I pulled up Fedex tracked and sent them a copy of the tracking for the cameras, and sure enough they received them on 10/18/24 @ 10 am. Signed by someone at the address. 20 minutes later my PayPal account shows a refund. Not a good business, not trustworthy.

This company is a scam. I returned product unopened. I have proof they received my return. I have not received a refund! Do not buy from this company!

Absolutely garbage, I bought 3 and 3 SD cards for almost $200. I never got any kind of order confirmation, no tracking and couldn't even get a response from the company until I put in a claim to PayPal. The setup process was difficult, the app is pretty low quality, picture quality is poor and the camera battery lasts a whole 10 mins after being fully charged. So don't buy these, total waste of money and time.
