Spyder is terrible, ordered matching pants and coat they cancelled the coat and shipped the pants then said the pants were none returnable. Then magically the coat became available again on there website at a $100 more. I fought with there customer service they gave me a 30% off coupon, I ordered it again even though it was now $80 more than what they cancelled. They then Cancelled it again stating it is not available.... I will never order from them again

If I could give it a negative rating, I would.
If I could give it a negative rating, I would. I ordered a pair of ski pants in small which is my regular size. They are more like XXS so I wanted to return them. Their customer service is nonexistent. Their phone number says they're not taking phone calls. I tried emailing them, to no avail. Even their website is not working properly. And then, to add insult to injury, I got an email asking me how satisfied I was with the customer service...
I have a feeling that they're going under so they're selling whatever they can at fire sale prices while pretending their putting out a new season of clothing, but they've cut back or rather eliminated Customer Service and they probably have three people on staff: a lawyer, an accountant, and a PR crisis disaster management person. Dishonest and pathetic, I'm never buying that brand again even though I used to really like them.

expected to buy Spyder briefs with a fly. When I got home and opened the package there was no fly. So I have to drive an hour and a half to return them. No where on the box did it specify if there was a fly or not. I will no longer buy anything from Spyder. And don't try support it does not work.

I had been a loyal Spyder customer for…
I had been a loyal Spyder customer for over 20 years and always believed in the quality of their products. Unfortunately, my experience with their warranty process completely changed that.
I submitted a Gore-Tex ski jacket under Spyder's lifetime warranty because of a stitching defect. Spyder determined the jacket could not be repaired, kept the garment, and issued a one-time $550 store credit that expired after one year.
The problem was that the credit could not be combined with any sales or promotions. Comparable Gore-Tex jackets on their website were priced above $650, meaning I would have had to pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket to obtain a comparable replacement. As a result, I did not use the credit before it expired.
When I later contacted Spyder, I was informed that the original jacket had already been disposed of, the credit could not be reissued, and no alternative solution was available. The final outcome is that Spyder kept my jacket, and I was left with neither the product nor any usable warranty replacement.
What disappointed me most was not the original defect, but the complete lack of flexibility to resolve the issue fairly after multiple escalations. A warranty should leave the customer with an equivalent replacement or a practical solution-not with nothing.
I hope Spyder reviews its warranty process so future customers do not experience the same situation.

Trump is more effective than Spyder!
I am only giving 1 star as I cant give a zero!
I ordered a black toque from the in early March 2026 and received a putrid grey and vomit orange colored toque and when i queried the item I was told there was a online technical issue. I therefore proceeded with a refund request and informed it would take 5-10 business days.
1 month later I queried the status of said refund, after I have secured the confirmation they had received the putrid toque back in their grotty little mitts.
I was assured that the item has been received...I knew that already because I told them they had received it...they said that the warehouse had to process the return and my refund would be auctioned in approx 4 days.
Another month slips by and I again contact the Scarlet Pimpernell company to again query my refund and where in the universe was it...the dark side of the moon perhaps and maybe, just maybe the Integrity crew saw it while they completed their orbital journey. Again I was assured the item had been received but unfortunately the customer service team had no control over the finance/returns dept and their inability to issue a prompt refund.
It appears the Finance/Returns section of Spyder Inc holds the keys to the USA treasury as well as my refund.
I then began a charge back through my bank who on seeing my evidence of this highest level of ineptitude immediately issued me a refund in good faith and is now going after Spyder and their USA treasury key holding incompetent section.
I would strongly urge you to never EVER use this company as they will use your monies to suck the interest like a leech sucks the life juice from its victim.
In short they're a useless bunch of c***s 🫡
You have been advised...have a great day! 🤗

Leader Jacket Fell Apart - Crickets from SPYDER
On April 10, 2026, I washed my like new Spyder Leader Jacket for the first time following the label instructions. When I removed it from the dryer (delicate setting with low heat as the label advised), the two front pocket, cuff and chest zippers were ALL totally separated from the jacket shell. The pockets with their associated zippers were all floating inside the jacket and the jacket insulation was clearly visible through the gaping holes left by the missing zippers. I noticed that the other zippers were sewed on. Did they forget to sew these, or was the glue just defective. The zippers were fine until this first washing and now there is absolutely no residue of glue or any signs of any means of securing the zippers to the jacket shell. This is an obvious manufacturing failure and it would be hard to believe that my jacket is the only one effected.
On April 10 I tried calling Spyder Customer Service but no phone number I could find worked. I then sent an email to Spyder Customer Service regarding the obvious manufacturing defect with my Spyder Leader Jacket. As of the writing of this review on April 17, I have still not received a reply or even acknowledgment that Spyder has received my email.
On April 13 I completed a warranty claim form at the Spyder Web Site. Although the Web site told me that the Claim was submitted successfully, I received no email confirmation or acknowledgment of any kind.
On April 15 I sent another email to Spyder Customer Service. No Response. Ignored as well. This is not how I expected Spyder to react to a customer concern.
On April 16, I made my fourth and attempt to contact Spyder with an email. Again, no response.
I have received absolutely no response of any kind to my Warranty Claim and numerous emails to Spyder Customer Service. All have evidently been completely ignored.
None of the phone numbers you’ll find will connect you to Spyder, including the one listed at the Better Business Bureau (BBB) for Spyder Active Sports Inc. in Lafayette, CO. It appears you can still order merchandise at the Spyder Web site, but there is absolutely no way to contact them. I assume that they are nearly out of business.
Good luck if you buy any of their overpriced junk. You’ll need it!
