Hi Kathryn, Thanks for taking the time to write a review. This is so distressing to hear, I can only imagine how frustrating this has been for you! We are definitely working on this issue, as the summer has really tested our packaging and insulation 😥 I totally understand why you'd want to get a refund and cancel the subscription, but I would really like to give it one more shot! Whether this is a shipping issue, or if someone on our Box Packing line has gotten sloppy, I am reporting this to our Logistics and our Operations Managers to resolve this for you, and for any other client who may be experiencing these issues this summer. How many deliveries came warm? I have spoken with our Logistics Manager and I wanted to let you know that we can actually switch you to an even more expedited shipping for the warm summer months so that your meals are shipped overnight. This way, we can always guarantee you receive your meals fresh and cool. We're happy to do this at no additional cost to you so you can enjoy our delicious meals! Kindly, Rachel

Hi Randy, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. You're correct, with the Labor Day holiday on Monday everything was pushed back by a day so instead of sending meals on Monday, we sent meals on Tuesday since production was also pushed back. Meals should have arrived that week on either Wednesday or Thursday. As long as your meals are cool to the touch and everything looks and smell fresh you are good to go, but if they arrived warm and smelly, then they definitely are not fresh anymore. Were you still able to enjoy your meals last week? Look forward to hearing back from you. Kindly, Rachel

Hi Wendy, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm SO so sorry for the trouble with your meals lately! This is actually something that we've been speaking with our supplier about because we've seen this happen too many times over the past few weeks. In fact, we sent a sample of their lids back to them, along with some photos from a handful of other clients, and they are analyzing those lids now. We're even asking for a new lot of lids to be shipped to us right away, so hopefully, you'll see this issue eliminated very very soon. In the meantime, we're rubber-banding a variety of meals that this has happened to, and we're hoping that this takes care of the problem in the interim. We appreciate you! Kindly, Rachel
