The shoes I ordered arrived on time and were perfect. Absolutely the most comfortable heels I have ever worn. I was able to stay in them all night and dance at a wedding. I am actually going to buy them in a different color for my daughter's upcoming wedding

The shoes were great and arrived in short order. Worth 5 stars. I dinged them one star because my email box has blown up with an overload of emails from Spring Step. Make it stop. It’s so overwhelming, it will make me think twice about ordering from them again. And yes, I have unsubscribed daily for weeks now and will now block you.

The shoe was well made and absolutely beautiful. However, being a woman of a certain age, the height of the heel was a bit too high. Regretfully, I had to return them.

I love spring step shoes! They are so comfortable and I csn just put them on and wear them without having to break them in. I've had surgery on both feet and have a hard time finding shoes. I can count on a great fit consistently. Quality is excellent. Delivery is fast! I've also had good experience with customer service

I already owned a more casual pair of this brand but I need something dressier to wear with a floor length dress. I found this nice, strappier style, and am thrilled it is as comfortable and secure feeling as the other style, but dressier and more feminine!! Gives me a little more than 2" heel, which I need at 5'2" : )
