I have been ordering Spring Step shoes for over 10 years. Most of them last for years. This last pair I received looks like they have been previously worn. Cracked and missing leather on the top of the shoes! Where was the quality control on this pair. Very disappointed that I have to go through the hastle of returning and hoping I get a refund because I wasn't the one that damaged these shoes.
