This is a program provided through work. There was never anything disclosed upfront about cost so I assumed it was an employee benefit. I booked the appointment then I was asked for insurance info which now I figured there would be a cost. Yet, nothing was disclosed! Fast forward to today, the date of the appt… I see there is a $195 due after the visit AGAIN IT IS STILL NOT DISCLOSED! It is in very small writing below the appointment information. Once clicked on there is an estimated cost. So I read the cancellation policy. No fee disclosed there either. Upon appointment cancellation you are forced to accept the cancellation policy. Other than all of the above. The appointment was quick and easy to make.
