I tried to establish care and Springhealth was appealing since you could gain access to a provider same week. My goal was to meet twice weekly with a provider, but also use my own time to work towards a sense of calm. I introduced myself and shared what I was hoping for within the first 3-4 minutes - think along the lines of recommendations for books to read on my own or types of classes to practice mindfulness, etc. He shared bluntly that he wouldn't provide any extra self-focused therapy recommendations "because he didn't believe in it and based on my needs, he didn't think we were a fit." The call ended at the 5-minute mark and he/Springhealth still charged me $153. They didn't submit the claim to my insurance for over 3 months, and their website will not allow payment. I have been trying for days to get in touch with customer support, to no luck. All around horrible experience.

What a terrible experience. I had an intake session scheduled. My own job needed me to be on a meeting at 8:30, but that still left 30 minutes for me to at least meet a new provider. The therapist cancelled on me at 7am (appt was set for 8am). I was ready at 8, which meant starting my day earlier to make this appt. Not only did she cancel at 7am, but she BLAMED IT ON ME so she would get paid that late cancel rate. So then my morning turned in to talking to customer service who DEFENDED her. My message to her CLEARLY stated that "at the worst case scenario, we can meet for 30 minutes before my ..." What a crappy way to start out a day. I wanted to start therapy due to stress, and Spring Health just ADDED stress to my morning... and now I have to find a new platform cause I'm definitely NOT using SH!!

Don’t ever associate with spring health. They overcharge and then refuse to call you to discuss. I have been trying for a month to figure out my charges and can’t schedule a session for therapy. . They are supposed to provide mental health services and they are giving me mental health problems!

This is an unprofessional inattentive company that cause more issues than not. Care coordinators are not knowledgeable and misguide you casing many issues specially if you’re on medical leave. I’ve had the worst experience requesting medical forms, medical records, and anything related to doctor’s referrals; they jeopardize my RTO and work and my STD extension was not approved due to their lack of professionalism in submitting records requested so I was not paid for 6 weeks. They also refer you to the wrong doctor within spring health and charge for evaluations they referred you wrong in the first place. Avoid this company at all cost.

Customer service does not exist, my medication manager does not send my refills through after my appointment with her and never replies through the SpringHealth app. Then when calling SpringHealth directly it is constant back and forth and takes days to resolve. Terrible experience and my medication causes terrible side effects if I miss a dose.

Let me start off by saying this review has nothing to do with my life coach William Wright or my therapist Barry Bolin. They are both amazing people who really helped me a lot! My biggest issue was that there were changes to my plan without my acknowledgment. Last year I had 8 therapist session and unlimited coaching sessions. 2 months into the year I get a notification stating that I owe money for my sessions which was wild to me since I only saw my therapist twice. I finally get in touch with customer service who goes on to explain to me that my coaching sessions now count towards my 8 sessions. They told me that my plan changed at the beginning of the year and I should have gotten a notice from my employer stating that. My plan just automatically renewed without me seeing any paperwork so I didn’t have a reason to think there was a change to my policy. I never received an email from my employer and my H.R rep could not find an email from Spring Health stating that there was a change to my plan. I explained it to them and they said they waived some of my fees (Charged it to my insurance) but I still owe them $80. I refuse to pay because that shouldn’t be my fault when I wasn’t made aware of any changes. Now they keep harassing me nonstop about it so make sure you stay away!

Spring Health is a big joke I'm having spring health access through my company. 6 therapy sessions and 6 coaching sessions. I logged into the portal. No therapist available, only an Indian and a Turkish one. I reached out to them, requesting to find me a therapist. First, they couldn't find me a therapist. I was waiting for more than a month. Then they got back to me with a child therapist from Israel. I told them no, thank you. I'm not a child, find me a different one. They found me one. The therapist told me Spring Health is not authorised to provide therapy, only talking sessions. Well, that's not how they advertise themselves, but okay. The therapist is so unprofessional. Chewing gum with an open mouth. Walking around in her house with the laptop, child, dog, and husband is around her. Forgetting sessions. Then I get a text message: Oh shit, I forgot I booked a session the same time as yours. Can we reschedule it, please, urgently? Hello. Can we do it earlier? I reply with no, because it's tonight, and I have a tight schedule. That's why we booked it two weeks in advance. Then reply: Well, I got a session so we need to rebook it. Like what is this service about?

I have had technical issues for my first 2 appointments I’ve scheduled so I wasn’t able to meet with a provider and the 3rd visit I had scheduled the provider canceled on my the night before. Very poor service.
