A Great Company!
I love this service! They have fast refunds and great customer service! Also they have pretty good return of investment. I’ve had absolutely no problems with them, with customer support or getting our refunds. I’d recommend them to anyone wanting to insure their pets’ health. They need health insurance like we do but sometimes it’s so expensive we can’t get it - SPOT is reasonable and they refund fast. Thanks to them I have my pet safe and insured! Thanks SPOT!

Did not cover for my dogs illness and…
Did not cover for my dogs illness and no way to contact them about this. They make it so it is out of there hands what is refunded or not.

This has to one of the best experience…
This has to one of the best experience I had with pet insurance. I once had another insurance with a chain pet store, yet, itqas nothing but trouble. Spot was the best switch for coverage and timely response for any questions.

The options during sign up are great ...available to change so many things obviously that reflects your premium...but its nice to be able to choose your plan ...I made my first claim under my wellness plan and it was taken care of very fast the process is very easy...
