The claim process was super quick and pretty uneventful. I appreciate getting reimbursed so quickly. I think the only thing that felt "weird" was that I felt like I was being blamed for you guys not having received medical records from my previous hospitals. I didn't like having the ultimatum of closing the claim because you hadn't received records. But I appreciate all that you guys do. Thanks for everything.

Quick review and fast payment
Spot quickly reviewed my claim and every charge of the $1100 bill was allowed at 80% according to my policy. They were also prompt with direct deposit to my bank. A real relief after the worry of an injured pet.

We made a claim recently
We made a claim recently. The claim was processed quickly. The refunded amount was exactly what was expected per our policy. No surprises. I would recommend spot to anyone looking for pet insurance. It has given me peace of mind when it comes to our dog’s healthcare needs.
