My experience has not been good. They do not have an interpreter in Spanish to be able to speak with a representative. I have three claims that have already been processed and I have not received any money in a week.

Claims are easy to submit and hassle free. I don’t have to worry about vet bills much when my puppy gets sick. Customer service is good too.

Claims very easy to submit. It was quickly approved, and funds were transferred to my bank account. Website is very easy to navigate and information is very well laid out for what was approved and for how much. Very happy with my choice of provider amongst the options available.
