I have to say I’m impressed with Spot. Within less than a week of my pups surgery my claim was processed and the payout on the claim was in my bank.

My dog had emergency, did not understand what he was going through, so we took him to emergency without knowing whether insurance would cover the charges or not, vet assured us that they would be covered, but not sure what trouble we would go through. Submitted over $6000 in claims, reimbursed all my 80% after deductibles without asking a single question about history and charges within a week. We did not have to worry about paying credit card bills.
