I am so glad we chose Spot for our medical insurance for our adopted cat Morris. Not long after we started with Spot, Morris had two visits to the emergency room with. The bills were quite high, and Spot has covered 90% of the costs. It's been a lifesaver!

All my questions were answered on every call I made. The first claim took awhile though even if I uploaded all the docs but I think it’s the vet that took awhile to respond to their inquiries.

Our puppy Yoda ended up in the Vet ER hospital with HGE. He had bloody stools and was throwing up. Spot was sent the documents and the veterinarian document and within a week the claim was paid. Thank you.
