Medical Records
I had a difficult time getting my claim processed and approved. I think Spot Insurance needs to realize not every dog owner has the complete medical history of a rescued/adopted/rehomed dog. After many attempts a phone call and frustration my claim was accepted. I am hoping moving forward it will be easier. If not for this issue I would have given 5 stars

Made my first claim…was very easy and response time was fast…very glad I chose Spot to take car of my baby

Reasonable rates, prompt reviews.

I have no problem calling and ask about…
I have no problem calling and ask about making a claim for my dog . Easy to talk to the person who answered my call and he was very helpful. The claim processing is so fast too .

coverage is comprehensive
