Spot Pet Insurance is the absolute BEST! Their customer service is spectacular! They always answer questions and pay claims promptly. I will never use another pet insurance company. I'm a customer for life!

Very Misleading Company
Hello, I never write negative reviews, but today I am because this company is very dishonest. I applied for health insurance for my kitten, and was told that everything I needed to be covered including the exam and spay was reimbursed by 90%. I triple checked with the representative to make sure that if I upgraded to the more expensive platinum plan, that it will include the procedures I needed. After it was all set and done, I was reimbursed barely 40% of the total cost. I called them back to discuss the issue and they said sorry that you had a representative tell you that, it's not true. Zero accountability, and completely misled me before I paid $600 in bills.

Lexi’s claim…
The claim form ask questions that you already had. Had to get Lexi’s medical records and scan them to my documents and then add them to form. Little to much to ask. Need to make easier.

Great Experience!
I did a lot of research before choosing Spot, and I am glad I did. They are awesome. Filed my first claim, and it was approved very quickly. My money was electronically deposited in a less than five days. Thank you so much Spot!!!
