Our claims that were processed have been done in a quick fashion and money deposited directly and quickly to my bank account. Claims processing has been fair and covered my dog's emergency room visit.

We signed up for SPOT pet insurance based on their reviews. In addition to the Accident and illness insurance we took their Preventive Care Platnium as well. We just had our 1st wellness visit with our pup. I filed claim for reimbursement, in less than 5 days we received notification that an ACH deposit had been made. The amount they sent was actually $25 more then we had figured. Blown away and happy we chose SPOT.
