We have insurance from Spot for our senior dog who is 13. He was most recently diagnosed with Soft tissue sarcoma. Filing for claims and getting them approved has been really easy. I am so grateful that the claims process is not adding to the stress of dealing with aging, sick pet. Thank you so much, Spot!

Glad I'm getting most of the coverage

Easy to submit claims and quick response for reimbursement.

Monthly cost for my pet’s insurance is reasonable, reimbursement for wellness procedures (vaccines, etc.) needs to reflect the current inflationary costs, and the app claim form is easy enough. My very first claim for a wellness visit was a hassle. Had to call and speak with a representative to get it sorted out. Disappointing, but since then my other two claims for wellness items has been hassle free. Processing and reimbursement for my last two claims has been fast and hassle free. Explanation of benefits paid is for all purposes is essentially nonexistent. Really explains nothing. Needs to be more explicit. Overall so far not a bad experience, but there is room for improvement. My daughter has a brand name pet insurance competitor and she pays almost twice the cost. They may provide coverage for more items and reimbursement are slightly higher, but every claim is a hassle. So in comparison I can’t complain too much, as Spot hasn’t been too bad.
